This course is a comprehensive introductory program into the Be Resilient Method. It sets the stage for understanding resilience and how the method works. The first module "Self- Reflection" helps you identify your strengths and weaknesses through effective self-assessment tools and emphasizes the role of reflection in resilience Building. In module 2 "Physical Fitness" we dive into the strong connection between the body and mind, guiding students to create a fitness routine that suits their unique needs and fitness goals. In module 3 "Embrace Challenges" you are provided a new perspective on tackling difficulties. You will learn how to see challenges as opportunities for growth, equipped with case studies that demonstrate this concept in action. In the final module (#4) we give you a 4 week training plan, offering guidance on setting weekly goals, tracking progress and adjusting the plan to keep up with changing needs and circumstances. This foundational course is designed to equip students with the basic tools and mindset to kickstart their journey towards becoming more resilient, and ultimately setting them up for success in their personal and professional lives.
