Exercises- Walkout to Plank/ Step Back Lunge
For 10 Minutes
Ascending Rep Scheme 1,2,3, etc for the Walkouts and, 2,4,6,8, for the step back lunges
Start with 1 Walkout and 2 Lunges (R, L leg)
go up each round until 10 mins is reached!!
