Ageless Movement is an 8-week program specifically designed for individuals aged 55 and up who are looking to reconnect with their bodies, improve mobility, and enhance overall health and vitality. Led by our team of experienced coaches, Ageless Movement is more than just a fitness program—it’s a transformative journey that will leave you feeling stronger, more energized, and more confident than ever before.

The Ageless Movement Experience: What to Expect

Our Ageless Movement program is carefully crafted to meet the unique needs and goals of our participants. Here’s what you can expect from the experience:

1. Comprehensive Evaluation Process: Before you begin the program, you’ll undergo a thorough evaluation process to assess your current fitness level, mobility, and specific goals. This allows us to tailor the program to your individual needs and ensure that you get the most out of every session.

2. Personalized Program Design: Based on the evaluation results, we’ll create a personalized training program that focuses on improving mobility, strength, balance, and overall functional fitness. Each session is designed to challenge you while also providing modifications and progressions to accommodate your abilities.

3. Ageless Movement Classes: Our Ageless Movement classes take place twice a week, on Mondays and Wednesdays at 10:30 AM. Led by our knowledgeable coaches, these hour-long sessions incorporate a variety of movements and exercises designed to improve flexibility, build strength, and enhance overall mobility.

4. Supportive Community: At the InVest Health and Performance Institute, you’re not just another member—you’re part of a supportive community that is committed to helping you succeed. Our coaches and fellow participants will be there every step of the way to encourage, motivate, and inspire you to reach your goals.

5. Continuous Progress Tracking: Throughout the program, we’ll track your progress and provide ongoing feedback to ensure that you’re on track to achieve your goals. We believe in celebrating every success, no matter how small, and we’re here to cheer you on every step of the way.
