Workout of the Day 5/26/2021

3-5 Rounds for time:

12 Pushups

8 Max Height Jumps (Straight up and then land soft)

200m Run

100 Ft Foot Hand Crawl..


This one gets you all lit up. You will be surprised how tough this one is to complete..



As with all these Workouts, think about moving well and smooth, before going fast and hard!!
